Bolin Webb will refund or replace all un-used purchases within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the process below to return a product.

  1. Let us know you wish you to return a product by emailing us on [email protected] Remember to include your Order # and reason for return.
  2. Send the item back to the address provided within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return – we recommend sending your product recorded delivery just in case anything goes missing.
  3. On receipt of the product, we will refund your purchase and send an email to confirm this.

Each razor comes with a 2 year-guarantee. To validate your guarantee, please fill in all details by following this link – The Guarantee. This guarantee is against any mechanism or assembly failures but does NOT guarantee again issues with paint or finish. If you are experiencing a problem with your razor and have any questions. Please get in touch via email using [email protected].


If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please return your item within 14 days by following the standard returns procedure above. We will exchange on receipt.
