Bolin Webb will refund or replace all un-used purchases within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the process below to return a product.
- Let us know you wish you to return a product by emailing us on [email protected] Remember to include your Order # and reason for return.
- Send the item back to the address provided within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return – we recommend sending your product recorded delivery just in case anything goes missing.
- On receipt of the product, we will refund your purchase and send an email to confirm this.
Each razor comes with a 2 year-guarantee. To validate your guarantee, please fill in all details by following this link – The Guarantee. This guarantee is against any mechanism or assembly failures but does NOT guarantee again issues with paint or finish. If you are experiencing a problem with your razor and have any questions. Please get in touch via email using [email protected].
If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please return your item within 14 days by following the standard returns procedure above. We will exchange on receipt.
Please Note: Bolin Webb are unable to cover the cost of returns unless there is a fault with the product or error with the order.
